About us
Continuous welded estate fencing looks stunning.
Starveacre Fencing are an Oxfordshire based fencing specialising in Agricultural Fencing and Equine Fencing. Formed in 2010 by brothers Ash and Tim Lane we are fully insured and work closely with our clients to provide high quality, secure and aesthetically pleasing fencing, covering anything from a small repair on a domestic fence to a large run of agricultural fencing. Our university education, coupled with a hardworking, farming background, ensure that we deliver you custom writing exact specification in an efficient, clean and cost effective manner.
With our specialist Protech post drivers we are able to get posts into any ground conditions we encounter, including dry chalk and limestone. Our tracked post driver can work in the wettest of ground conditions without making any ruts and is also ideal when working on arable land due to its lower pressure footprint.
We feel the fencing we install has to use materials of the highest quality to provide a long life span. With our experience and proven fencing techniques we leave nothing to chance. We desire a fence to last as long as the materials will allow – the vast majority of our work comes from ‘word of mouth’ enquiries.
There are 3 main options for timber quality that we can install. Tanalised timber – the least likely to last the test of time. UC4 timber uses kiln dried Redwood and is then treated with Tanalith E. This has a desired life of 15 years. Creosoted timber – should last well in excess of 20 years. Other options include hardwood posts and there are also some metal offerings on the market.
We are able to maintain the high quality of fencing materials and gate fabrication through our preferred suppliers. Please see the links below to check them out. Webbs, Oxford Fencing, Tornado, Hamptons, IAE, Stockade, Solo Fencing Systems, Protech.
